RETURNS POLICY

Like many retailers we guarantee our products, in addition we will accept return of an item that has not met your expectations.

Unlike many retailers we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalogues, website or given by a member staff. So if an item purchased based on this advice is not suitable you can also return the goods. In either case you may request an exchange or refund.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. In all cases the return and cost involved is your responsibility. The goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging and have a completed returns note enclosed. If items are returned by a third party you will be respsonsible for any damages. The cost of any such damages will be deducted from the refund amount.

Purchases made from our clearance range or products that have been modified to suit your requirements are purchased on a non refundable basis.

Procedure for returning goods

Notify us of your intention to return goods prior to doing so giving the reason for your request. Please let us know if you need a replacement or wish a refund. You can either email us or telephone and speak to a member of staff.

Once we have received your request we will arrange a replacement or refund and agree for you to either return the goods to our showroom or send them by post. We will then send a confirmation along with a returns note for you to cpmplete and return with the goods. Refunds or replacements will take place on receipt of the returned goods.
