Delivery policy

Standard UK Delivery

Is FREE on all orders. Goods are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. Your order may arrive anytime between 8am – 6pm and a signature may be required.

Next Day Delivery

If we have the goods in stock we can offer you next day delivery (Mon – Fri) at an additional cost of £4.99. Orders must be made before 1pm (Mon – Fri).

Saturday Delivery

We offer Saturday delivery if we have the goods in stock but must be ordered by 1pm Friday.
We only deliver to UK Mainland.
Before we send out any goods we open the packaging to inspect and re-package. If an item on a delivery is damaged make a note of the damaged item on the paperwork and email sales@fgwalton.co.uk with the details. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged.

IF YOU REFUSE A DELIVERY WITH ANY UNDAMAGED ITEMS ON IT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN AND REDELIVERY OF THOSE ITEMS.

If for any reason expected delivery exceeds 14 days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

We offer free quotes as well as guidance and expertise from your first enquiry to completion and there’s never ever an obligation to accept a quotation.
